JR Design & Drafting is an Architectural Design & Drafting Company. For the Past 13 years, we have been specializing in Residential Developments such as New Homes, Townhouses, Duplexes and more.

We have vast knowledge of Complying Development Codes as well as Council DCP & LEP Controls.

We pride ourselves on guiding clients through the design process from the initial briefing all the way through to the Council / Certifiers Submission & Construction Stages.

We can also help you find a builder for your project should you need one as we work with many builders in both the Project Homes market as well as the Boutique Homes Market.
